The development of this product consisted of two main stages:
1. Development of the B2C part: Mobile application that will be used by end consumers.
e-Warranty is a convenient application for storing warranty cards and purchase history (from different sellers and performers)! Quick access, reminders about deadlines, easy search and order in documents.
2. Development of the administrative panel of the seller's personal account: where all sold goods are visible. It is easy to transfer all data on the goods to the manufacturer. You can see the goods that were returned under warranty and their status. The ability to track sales of goods in real time.
In the event of a warranty case, the buyer will not need to go to the point of sale and fill out documents to return the goods. Data on the goods is copied from the application and filled out by the seller. It will be immediately connected to the service center specified by the seller. Communication will also be inside the application with the status of the goods accepted under warranty or for repair.
The number of conflict situations and lawsuits with clients is reduced.
